Tony Meyer ’49 believes in the power of a College of Charleston education. It dramatically changed his life and the life of alumni scholarship recipient, Jeff Lucas ’11. Lucas, a business major, graduated with honors, started his own video social networking company, and recently accepted a job with Deloitte San Francisco.
“The accomplishments of students are the utmost measure of our legacy.” — Tony Meyer ’49
Meyer’s legacy, established through an estate gift and annual support for alumni scholarships, ensures College of Charleston students continue to learn how to succeed and grow, both inside and outside the classroom, and become engaged and involved leaders. Creating better futures for generations to come – that’s our legacy.
